Pick Up at Our Storefront
If you reside in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area and wish to pick up items at
our storefront location, please e-mail your order along with your Name and Phone Number (include your
e-mail address for notification of hold) and a note to request products be put on hold to:

We will hold your order at our store for 7 days. If the order has not been picked up at the end of 7 days, products will be returned to inventory and no guarantee of availability is given.
Shipping
We normally ship via UPS or USPS, at our discretion. Items sent to P.O. Boxes must be shipped by USPS. All shipments are sent fully insured and will have a tracking number. We will e-mail you the tracking number.
At this time, shipments are only within the continental United States.
Sales Tax
Due to our location we are required to collect 5.00% sales tax for items shipped within Virginia.
Back Orders
Most orders are shipped same or next business day. We try and keep all the items we have on our website in stock. However, this is not always possible. Many items on our site may have a delayed ship time.
Delivery Damage
If your order was damaged during delivery, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt. Please keep all packing materials for inspection as no returns can be processed without them. To contact us please e-mail us at enchantments@verizon.net or fax us at (757) 523-9696.
You may send the return through a insured/traceable carrier of your choice such as registered
mail, UPS, or Federal Express. If you choose to return something without insurance, we are not responsible for the
item if it gets lost or damaged in transit and no refund will be made. The cost of insurance is nominal and we

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you have 7 days to return or exchange any item. However, returned items must be new, in its original packaging and in unworn condition. The full purchase price minus shipping and handling will be refunded by check. It takes approximately five- seven business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession.
A Return Merchandise Authorize Number is required for returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your purchase to let us know you wish to make a return or if there is an error in your order. You may e-mail us at enchantments@verizon.net or fax us at (757) 523-9696 and request a return authorization number. Be sure to include your order number on your request. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned.
Pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton. Write your RMA number on the
outside of the package.
